Independence March shows that the SNP need to stop banging on about independence
This weekend saw thousands brave the rain to march through the Scottish Capital to show their support for Scottish Independence.
The organisers, All Under One Banner estimated the attendance at "in the millions for sure" while Edinburgh City Council cited figures "theres gotta be a couple of hundred there at least".
Jackson Carlaw of the
Ruth Davidson Conservative party said "again the message from the Scottish people is that they have had enough of constitutional politics and division. We say no more – enough is enough.”
When asked for a comment the Labour leader Richard Leonard broke into a enthusiastic rendition of "oh Jeremy Corbyn" to the tune of Seven Nation Army.
Jo Swinson, leader of the Liberal Democrats said the marchers "can all go fuck themselves".
